(part one)
In this episode from December 27, 1965 Louis' secret centers around the first horn that was given to him then 53 years ago when he was at the Colored Waif's Home in 1912. It was presented to him by Peter Davis who first taught Louis how to play. Louis is obviously fond and indebted to this man, simply and meaningfully saying when on stage together, "This is Him." Davis and Armstrong then play When the Saints Go Marching In. (Which can be found in part 2.)
If Henry Morgan had been telegenic, he'd've been the King of Show Business.
