the 2 blade would be way better in penetration. not sure of the better blood trails but penetration would be insanely increaed with the 2 bladed bloodrunner. Can't wait to get some. Currently shooting a mathews z7 magnum. 70 lbs maxed out. Rage broadheads.

@PBAProAir iv lost 3 bucks shooting Rage 2 blade (Didnt expand fully) but never used the 3 blade. i Recommend bloodrunners or G5 t3's. the G5 montecs are great too

-
not a good test. there is nothing that the tip can push on after that thin layer of paper to keep the blades expanded
-
two blade and three blade black ones are best red ones suck my blood runner two blade is awsome

@pcoutdoors Rage has the 40KE which are made specially for low poundage bows with low kinetic energy. I shot these last year and they make a hole about 2 inches.
I would recommend trying them.
What about if your shooting at an angle, say from a tree stand. Will the arrow just glance off? or do the blades open up even if at an angle?

i use Magnus Stinger Buzzcuts, they got a lifetime warranty. If you bust one up on a deer and they dont fly good anymore...send it in and they will get you a new one. Yea fixed blades are a good idea getting those huge cutting diameters but you can always depend on a good fixed blade.
