@rowerrunner your eyes were in your ass!i was at that game and that fight with richardson and steven was definitely won by richardson by a slight margin.thats the closes steven ever came close to whoop any flyers ass ever!

@77davince right.... another sad flyer fan... Stevens fought him smart and landed a lot of punches to Richardson's face, who got a few in... the final hit on his jaw and then falling is where you can debate if Richardson went down from the hit or putting his legs in a awkward spot that made him fall... that's about it... but he still lost

@rowerrunner i don't know what fatasy hockey game you were at.maybe ea sports hand held game!stevens didn't destroy richardson,not even close!richardson definitely had taken that fight-slim margin but richardson slips @ the end,but not from stevens wild swing and a miss punch.stevens is a pussy........and sso is his mouth!

@SpeedyTase Richardson was not a very good fighter...Props to Stevens for dropping the gloves with a guy his size tho...he usually only liked to target smaller players

I was at that game - Flyers were smarting from the beat down Stevens gave Lindros and th Flyers the previous springm this was the first, next home game. Luke thought he'd be big man, and give it a go. So, after Stevens destroyed Richardson, either Recchi or Berube came out to take on Stevens in the third period. Stevens beat him down too - and made the city of Philadelphia eat it yet again.

@rowerrunner You're thinking of the wrong game. This Stevens-Richardson fight took place with a minute and a half left in the game.
