Just a training on monday, couldnt record all of it
because i didnt had an extra sdcard with me so... lame.

Still happy cause i did 4x180KG deadlifts and attempted 4x100KG benchpress.
Tbar rows were 90/100KG.

    Yea, you need to stick that arse right out - keep your lower back tight and curled up.

    It'd be better to keep your chest open and shoulders back too.

    Imagine a thread attached to your sternum and pulling you up from there - get your hips under it.
