Awesome. I am switching from propane to wood this year and this is close to what I had planned. I never thought of such a large feed tank.

When it is about done, there is only a few inches in the pan, I lift it out of the rig and pour it into a turkey frier pot with a spigot, cook it to perfection, and then bottle it from there.

thanks for the comment, yes the bigger the feeder tank the better, go see the bigger unit we made the following year, there is more video of it. We are cooking and bottling today 2/26/12 and I will be posting more vid real soon, like tommarow :)
