@WildManWillis1 the verses you quote are from Paul's letters to churches, dealing specifically with issues of conduct in the meetings. Former Jews were used to segregated worship, and women would shout out from the balcony. Christian worship was to be distinctive in its conduct. Also, cult prostitutes at that time would have shaven heads or go bareheaded, and so Paul cautions new believers not to abuse their new found freedom in Christ but to avoid anything that would bring them into disrepute
