  • Her tortillas won't warm enough,

    which is why at 3:04 and 3:40 you can see

    cracked tortilla as the wrapped them.

  • @stooge81 Roasted red peppers are actually more Mexican than italian. All Chiles and sweet peppers are native to central and south america, present day Mexico. Tomatoes are also Mexican.
