Technically, it's a hybrid suit more like Iron Mans suit. Whether this one has a set of internal controls the wearer can manipulate or there's someone in the crowd with a controller, I don't know. Only yhe head and arms are robotic. The operator usually powers the legs and arm positions while the controller operates the head, jaws and forearms/hands. In a sense, it's a cyborg :D
