  • all leg muscles, not just the hamstrings ;) from the ankle/achiles tendon area, lower/upper calf, complete hamstrings, even the lower back, etc.

    one very important note: DO NOT push the knee down passed your natural range of movement when stretching! never!

  • I'm trying to do touch the toes with the forehead. What muscles should you stretch(besides hamstrings)?

  • the length of your legs should not be a problem to reach the top of your head or so as long as you stretch properly. kissing your toes though is and advance skill!

  • I had the privilege of training with shi Zheng Zhong in Tampa, and this man is an inspiration to us all!!!

  • My legs are too long for wushu so I might just quit and do tricking.
