    fitball is the most interesting idee for core stability but there are no books on it...

  • Interestingly enough (I think), this is close to a serious grappling basic training.

  • looks SOOO easy. but i tried doing the pushups and only got like 4-6 tops. you gotta use so much of your core and even your forearms in addition to the pushup muscles
