I am ashamed of you, mastermike7000 this is a serious infringement of the International Statute of Secrecy of 1689. This could lead to your expulsion from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, as I am quite sure you know that the Ministry of Magic will not tolerate performing magic in front of Muggles. An official will arrive at your home momentarly to snap your wand.
Sincerly,
Mrs. Dolores Umbridge,

@mastermike7000 Still though, I cannot figure out what simulations to use.

@Nycterwine83241 Three separate simulations sent through a turbulence field. Play about and see what works for you.

I'm honestly only interested in the beams. How were they created?

@phantombest1220 No. I don't like tutorials much as they don't teach you technique. Get hold of Particular and experiment for yourself.

Yeah how do you do the middle of it?
MaxzMoviez 2 months ago
@MaxzMoviez An emitter that uses a focused spotlight for the particles. The spotlight was keyframed to rotate rapidly. The idea behind this was to give some grouping to the particles.

on the priori spell how did you make the particles melt/drip of a big ball of light?
CubeDrummer3 5 months ago
@CubeDrummer3 I used a spotlight emitter keyframed to rotate rapidly around its axis. This gives some grouping to the particles. There was also some post blurring and glows which helps sell the effect.
