Arizona SWAT kills innocent man?

An Arizona SWAT team unloaded seventy-one rounds of ammo in seven seconds on Jose Guerena, an ex-Marine who served two tours of Iraq. According to police, the Guerena residence was targeted in an investigation surrounding home invasions and drug rip-offs. Police says their house was among those "identified as locations where these activities were being carried out from." What hard evidence they have for this has not been disclosed. Originally police attested that Guerena fired a gun. Further investigations reveal that his rifle was locked in safety mode and that his single shot was actually just an initial misfire from a deputy's gun. They claim to have removed body armor from the home, but as the lawyer representing the Guerena estate says, there was nothing in the house warranting a raid, let alone opening fire.

Never pointed his rifle at them. Why didn't these morons arrest him at his car. This SWAT team is a joke and need to learn some basics before going out and killing more innocent people. Remember the gang banger Marine who killed a couple of pigs. He had an SKS and was a truck driver in the Corps. Shows what a basic Marine and his rifle can do to poorly trained pigs.

Look how slow the entry was and how they didn't even enter the house upon breach. They just stood in the worst spot possible. One guy fell and accidentally fired a round. Shows they are trigger happy and poorly trained. Then they blindly empty magazines into a house with no target. If he wanted to kill those so called police he could have wasted all of the entry team. These guys wouldn't last a minute in fallujah. Funny how military trained infantry are better trained in MOUT then these tools.

Yea, they identified them selves, what about the SWAT officer who blindly sticks his handgun up over the top of another officer, then proceeds to unload blindly from outside?

I respect the nature of the operation, but that dude was blind firing instead of stepping down and assessing where the contact was.

They had their sirens going, identified themselves as police officers, stated they had a search warrant, and then entered. Completely justified

odds are one of the fat amped up swat officers tripped going through the door firing a shot and then all the other dildo's couldnt stand not getting a chance to fire their rifles too hence the 72 rounds... Ive seen those shows detroit or kansas city swat and they are all truly some morons... I bet some of them sleep with their AR's at night in tactical pajamas like the seals use...
