The Resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth is the corner stone of Christianity.
Crucified as a blasphemer, rejected by his people and denied by his followers: it would be the post-mortem appearances of Jesus that would convert his deniers and persecutors to follow him.
The question should be asked - 'Can the Resurrection story be defended on a historical level?'
Is the Resurrection story based on other stories and legends?
What where the Jewish leaders of the time saying about the claim of the post-mortem appearances?
Why would the disciples claim to have seen Jesus alive and proclaim a lie which would lead them to their deaths?
The single most important event the in foundation of Christianity.
'And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins'
Corinthians 15:17
