You should have read it as "the game is unbalanced, so even scrubs have a chance now". Get it straight kiddo. Don't put words this 18 year SF vet's mouth. Winning and losing is normal (you can't win them all), but the game balance is busted. If you disagree with me, it is only because you never played any other SF.

I read this as "I lost to a scrub, so the game is bad, not me."

Fact is the game is relatively new by comparison, and there are many subtle, and explicit differences which will make your muscle memory, timing, and reactions falter a bit. How are they beating you with "no skill" tactics? If you tell us that, we could see where you are going wrong. Get hit by an ultra? they are all telegraphed and easy to block, unless it's a combo, or Gouken's throw. If it is something different, let us know.
