thank you so much cryptic im an insomniac 35 yr old guy and i get about 2 hours sleep a day if im lucky and its always full of crazy dreams i cant remember the last time i had a good 8 hour sleep it must be about 14 years ago,im on nitrazepam,diazepam and fluoxetine but you are better than all combined ,sincere respect and thanks ,jim london uk.
