This is insane, and i thought that it was cold in Norway in the winter :O Here in southern norway it is usually between -5 and +10 Celcius, the coldest ive ever experienced here is -14, so i admire you canadians coz i dont know how you handle yourself in -30 and such, respect!

@bozmeg1969 in Oklahoma people where jackets at 20 I get weird looks down there. I apologize for being from Minnesota then i get a weirder look, friendly people though.

@TheLampard89 Big jackets, man, big big jackets :D

I actually miss the winter storms of Ontario, the ones that would scare the shit out of you while driving.
Living just below the Arctic Circle is just depressive. Snow, extreme cold, frostbite wind, more snow, wide open space..it's basically Saskatchewan but colder and more North.
-
I'd take -40 over the endless sleet and huge storms we had in Halifax.
-
yeah wind chill

wtf, act normal?? i didnt even say that that Canada got such low temps everywhere, get yourself together fool. Interior Canada is a fucking fridge and you know it...i got friends in Edmonton and they had -50 this winter...
-
I see it's -8 there today, so I'm guessing that is a 'heat wave'? lol. Well, I hope you enjoy your warmer temps!
I know for sure I couldn't handle more than -10... as embarrassing as this is, for Toronto we get 'cold weather alert' for -15:). Yes, you probably laugh at us....o well.
Well, I hope it doesn't get to -40 anytime soon then...stay warm!

Yes ice crystals is the same thing. - 10 is balmy for us in the winter.
-
Well, maybe it's because of the fog, but it kind of looked depressing. I'm sure that Yellowknife has a lot to offer, just in this vid, it was quite gray. Hmmm...-40'C.
So I have a question: Is 'ice fog' the same as 'ice crystals'? Just typing those terms seems so foreign to me...I'm crying at -10 here...but everyone's different;).
-
And -16 is actually pretty 'mild' for Yellowknife isn't it...
But ya, I think that Vancouver is a little above average too? (Just a little, but still above)...
By the way, do you want to have grammar match, you dick loving bitch?
Let me guess you have no real friends, that is why you have time to be on youtube everyday

Warning! Rattling the orangutan`s cage might inspire him to be creative while on You Tube after the bars close. Any sort of instruction on reproduction could be catastrophic, as intelligence levels will certainly decline in offspring and a definite case of homophobia will most likely be the leading side effect. Do not use this specimen for any experiments that center around reading material, he will no doubt confuse it with toilet paper and wipe his back side.

It never and I repeat NEVER gets that cold here in Oklahoma. However I would love to go there during the summer to get away from our 105 degree fahrenheit summers.

Carefull for what you wish for... 24 hrs of daylight, and it does get hot up here as well. When the forcast is 20 Celcius, the sun makes it feel like 40! It is actually very nice here in the summer.
