In response to your question - yes, though I'm not a "Larouchite" or what have you, Mr. LaRouche was most definitely correct in his forecast of the breakdown of the economy on the physical/material level.

Also how did LaRouche manage to get the title of statesmen? Did he wake up one morning and say 'Hey I'm going to start claiming a proven record in the management of state affairs'. Fuck that's like claiming the title of head surgeon when you're only a general medical practitioner (or in LaRouche's case a Homeopath, in the context of this analogy). The economic proposals aren't inconceivable (I wouldn't endorse them) but Lyn makes it totally impossible for others to take them seriously.
