wow, that happened to me as well, I stopped to let a truck out of a side street and some man in a minivan behind me didn't fully see me stop and kept rolling (rush hour traffic, only about 3mph) into the back of me, although I felt the impact, the only damage was to his license plate, nothing to our car.

I was driving my brother's galant '97 (older version) in a city and I stopped for a while to let a pedestrian go throug a crossing.. and some lady parked her car in galant's back.. I felt the impact, I thought the back is crushed bad.. but when I got out and saw it I was amazed.. only few scratches on a bumper (the back bumper wasn't even cracked!)
