This was the greatest video I've ever seen, I've been trying this for so long, trying to import past libraries, adding the old iTunes Library to the new itunes folder.

@ChillinLikeAPill the file that iTunes requires is probably a corrupt windows file. The easiest way to fix that is to reinstall windows.
