Terrible workout. Lifting heavily with small reps is old school, I don't know why people think that's the way to get bigger. And bicep curls? lol that's isolation movement, which isn't necessary. Do compound workouts that will work your biceps while also working your chest. Besides, curls don't make your arms bigger.
This is probably why he's so injury prone. I encourage lifting, but the routine we just saw isn't necessary for basketball. Not even Dwight Howard does this, no NBA star does.

is it just me or does this workout seem kind of lacking for an nba superstars workout...no stability or functional strengthening exercises...maybe thats why he was injury prone, bad trainer

Who cares, when Tmac was in his prime no one cared about Lebron, stop dickriding and talking about players who have nothing to do with each other.
-
tmac was barely hitting over 45% shooting therefore he is a lesser version of lebron james. he has some rebounds or what
i dont know about running up and down the stairs like that. if he misses a step he could be out for good!

@nieto1992 there is nothing wrong ith that workout. people just talk shit about things they dont know. only thing what wrong in that workout, is the negative part of the exercices. negative=slow, positive= explosive
and for you people who say his trainer is fat, u dumbasses know nothing bout bodybuilding right? you cant build muscles without gaining some fat.
