To make the screen refresh:

Put any font file (.ttf) from your desktop on the SD card, in a directory

named "fonts" under the directory where your decks are stored (by default,

it is called AnkiDroid).

  • `- Hey Um I Need Help With The Rooting Ok Now Do You Need The Mirco SD - Card Reader Or You Can You The Mirco USB That Connects From Your Nook Simple Touch To Your Computer ?

  • @daquisha305 You still need de micro sd reader.

  • Thanks for the video! I see the screen flickering, is it a problem with the video or AnkiDroid, or is it normal on Nook Touch? (I have never used any E-Ink device). Have fun learning!

  • @NicolasRaoul The flickering is the screen total refresh, in the native apps this happen 1 time in 5 - 7 page turnes. In mantano this happens almost every page turn.

  • Great video :) How long does the battery last when using ankidroid? I was planning on buying an android tablet just for ankidroid but now I am having second thoughts since I saw this video; I prefer e-ink than lcd since I get horrible eye strain & headache on typical lcd screens.

  • @NicolasRaoul normal on e ink devices.
