This is the part of the Hung Gar 洪家
form Gung Ji Fulg Fu Kuen 工字伏虎拳
end section. It is a long form with enternal and
external aspects in it along with the 5 formed
fist that if done properly would take at least
5 minutes to completely perform.
It's meaning is Tiger subduing techniques in the
form of the character "工" (Gung). Cantonese
Chinese dialect. Hung Kuen/ Hung Kyun

  • @Cheerok I think its the shoe, it looks like its got no grip on the slippery linoleum floor

  • @bladesaint21 what my ego ? my ego has nothing to do with my observations when it comes to looking at martial arts skills

i just said that because maybe his family version of the Hung Gar has some minor changes in the foot positioning or something

what the hell does this have to do with ego ?

  • @Cheerok Its your ego that makes you think that way. Your pefectness.

  • i don't know what it makes me think but i think your ji-ng ma and your sei ping ma are a bit flawed when it comes to foot positioning hm :/

  • What's with the Pulp Fiction / Suffer music ?!?!?!

    Anyway, nice form :-)

  • good form

  • good form keep training hard keep real martial arts alive laters
