in regards to tier, it goes ken, chun, yun, dudley, makoto. You will always see the top players and the top winners using these characters. Have you ever seen a twelve winner?

Chun-li is easier to play than the majority of characters in sf3, but i agree with you, you're not fighting the character, you're fighting the player!

Though you say Sagat is not in third strike, you say tier lists are based off tournament statistics.
I thought you meant stats in every game, not just third strike.

the tier list is simply based off of statistics. the only reason that people assume that there are "stronger" characters is that it remains consistent. anyone can be good with anyone, but there are MORE good players out there who use characters like Ken, Chun Li, Makoto, Yun, etc.
its NOT saying that if you are Sean you'll lose. So stop arguing that Ken lost BECAUSE he's a lower tier.

And anyways yall are both right. Chun-li is higher on a tier list but a player still needs to be skilled enough to use her.
