My Phenom II x4 at 4.1ghz idles at 29c and 45c Max during gaming. Noctua nh-b14 air cooler. My house is kept about 69f during the winter months

is besicly cooling performance helps ur computer to get cooler than getting damn fire from the vent right?

My swiftech block runs at 33c idle with a room temp. of 26c on my i7 920 @ 4ghz (Swiftech H20-220 apex ultima kit)
With Prime95 running 8 copies (1 per core) the cpu never goes above 47c.
I'm thinking something is going wrong in this loop. Surely the koolance block is better than these results show?
