Comparing Johnson to Feingoldis is like comparing Bush to Clinton.
One is businessman, the other went to law school.
Both businessmen manipulated the government to get federal aid to keep their businesses afloat.
Clinton slowly was able to balance the budget.
Bush blew the budget for years to come, because "deficits didn't matter."

BS when I was stationed in Germany we were talking about pulling out and the regional president was sucking our dick to get us to stay, you want to know why? because Europeans are so tight with their money that although the Euro is worth more then the dollar it's almost worthless because it doesn't move in a tight fisted European hand where as a US Soldier won't think twice before dropping $400 on a night out, thus Americans are "Gut" for the German economy ...it's good old economics

It is not that simple. You have to see how it looks poltically for a democrat to challenge democartic president in a primary. How would the primary play out on the media? Our media would have a field day with it. If Fiengold faild to beat Obama, the republican opponet nominee for president could use it to his advantage.

you guys still have 60,000 troops in Germany, for god's sake. Haven't you figured out that you've militarized your democracy to a degree that would have made the framers of the constitution apoplectic?
