The Pineapple Story

Waitrose is leading a FRICH (Food Retail Industry Challenge Fund) initiative, backed by the UK Department for Development, to help smaller scale African farmers meet LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) high environmental standards and get the LEAF Marque on their produce. Some of the first African farmers to earn the LEAF Marque are in Ghana. They've real passion for the pineapple business and share with you something of the skill and sunshine in this delicious fruit's production in 'The Pineapple Story'.
