Please study the material carefully before you assume your unit is not working. Always be sure you have fresh batteries. My advice would be to watch the video carefully a few times to learn your system. You may have to waste a few electric match or igniters to be sure things are working well.

Notice: the remote control takes battery A23 or 23A, the best place to purchase is at Walmart in the Photo area, two for $3.47 Energizer. Always have a backup battery for the remote just to be safe.
