@wikiactivist That is a common fact with people suffering with albinism. The baby girl shows non of the symptoms nor the characteristics of albinism. Her blond hair is straight and not the coiled hair black people usually have. Her skin though it's light have pigmentation. The doctors and experts did various exams and shows that the child doesn't have albinism. They genetically test both parents to accurately diagnose for albinism and could not find any trace of the gene from both parents.

The child is not an Albino. Black Albino children will always have yellow hair; hazel and green eyes coming from black parents. White Albino children coming from white parents always have straight blond to white hair and blue eyes. Also albinism is prevalent in all the races. This child doesn't have the black feature characteristics. People with albinism have rapid eye movements and have vision problems, or functional blindness and the shakiness of the head.
