i have blue eyes but they turn grey/blue sometimes and i tried putting on really light eye shadow on before... looked horrible on me. and plus, me personaly, i HATE how you said to keep everything neutral D: i mean blue eyes look BEST in bright red lipstick ;D

@emmahzification Blues can wear colours, Look at TiffanyD she wears colour all the time and looks beautiful this is just my favourite looks on blue eyes that's all.
