This is great!
How did you make it?
Does it use some sort of virtual webcam pointing to the window on the bottom right of the screen?

Enrico,
Thanks for your comment.
I've written in German about my first try of d-touch which I really appreciate (gedankenschubla . de / bumm-tschak/). Due to the fact that I could not find a scissor (I have no printer at home), I placed a normal webcam in front of the screen showing the board and the markers at different layers of a photo-software (as GIMP or Photoshop).
Not that spectacular, but that was the only way to test the drum machine instantly in the night.

It worked at first go, the only challenge was the positioning of the webcam. The webcam was approx. 20 cm away from the screen (refer to photos on my website). The lines of the photo-software around the marker-layers caused d-touch sometimes not to detect the marker I activated, but that was helpful and more a feature than a bug.

I think my approach was not exactly what d-touch was designed for, but it worked and some time I'll give the paper thing a try. Your idea of a software-webcam pointing at an defined area of the screen is also interesting and should be worked out.
