I will leave this video for you to decide if the UK Child support system is really helping children.
Why is it over 5 years on, if my ex wife falls out with me I get put down to the gutter....... Come on UK, its 2009. We have to live too. Why freeze my bank account with a court date 2 days before xmas because of arrears of £2500 which cant even be explained to were they come from and we are made to think CSA is for the good of my children!!! I'm sure my children would really like to see me going through this 'HELL' AGAIN!!! It was better all round when I was paying her direct, renting a flat and spending time with my children. WAKE UP UK!

just been taken to court by the c.s.a. for a debt that arose from a miscalculation in 97 and the secretary of state told them to wipe off in 99. Not allowed to defend yourself or present evidence to the court . Now have a liability order for £3305.37 that I am not legally allowed to argue about even though my daughter is now an adult and am no longer paying maintainance

CSA makes it complicated, but unfortunatly for woman like me, its a nessasity because otherwise my sons deadbeat father, wouldnt give him a penny x
