how do you teach children that young, who can not read nor write yet, to know the notes? Very impressive. I am 47 years old and starting to learn the violin. It's incredible, as a classical guitar player my self, I am picking it up easily. Good for her, she is doing an awesome job!!!

She most have a very good teacher. I have notice the main string with suzuki is to have a very good teacher that keeps the kids motivated.

@celloesther goodness...I have no idea. It was a rental from potters violin a few years ago. I do know it was a 1/16, and I beliebe it was from europe not asia.

She worked on Book 1 for 3 years. Since then, Book 2, which is almost complete, has taken about 6 months. Cheers.
