As Time Goes By - Johnny Mathis

I wanted to get this song in to end this year and begin a new one....a beautiful way to do so with Johnny Mathis.

Everyone knows this song, "As Time Goes By," from the classic movie, "Casablanca," as sung by Dooley Wilson. I have it by him as well and it's great. But, as usual, Johnny Mathis hits it out of the park. I love Johnny's rendition. I can hear it over and over again and feel the joy of it every single time. Thank you, Mr. Mathis.

I loved it so much that I kept it and put it in this video twice. It is of a couple kissing in the forties with a man looking on. I don't know who the photographer is. "Play it once Sam, for old times sake". Who could forget thise line. I think I've seen "Cassablanca" houndred times. Beeing scandinavian I love Ingrid of course, though I was only a little child at the time. As always, when Johnny touch a song, it's his for ever. Once and for all, period. His voice, I'm totally addicted to it.
