Irving Berlin wrote "I'll be loving you, always" in 1925. Josephine Baker made the first recording in 1926. Frank Sinatra recorded the song in 1942. That same year, the song became the theme music for "Pride of the Yankees", the story about Lou Gehrig. That's what I've read.

Billy does the whole movie's soundtrack, with some other good covers and has a cameo... and it's just an amazing movie.

@psilovcybina Actually it's a love song written by a man about a woman he went on to marry, it was written in 1925. So... totally not about Meth.

@TheDsosa5 That's not right, always was written by Irving Berlin for his wife as a wedding present, he gave her all the royalties too, nobody died. It's an upbeat and romantic piece originally, I like this take on it though.

I have an answer doubt smashing pumpkins.... Well, in a interview i was listen that Billy corgan says that, they if want can do a new album like "melloncollie". My doubt is, if they thinks that another "melloncollie" its possible, why they don't do it? People love this album.

I think Smashing Pumpkins are the best alternative rock of all time.

@redbullhead i agree, i also really loved requiem for a dream for it amazing acting. but all in all it was just so overbearingly depressing. spun was alot more enjoyable on many different levels. the soundtrack playing a huge part. but also all the characters were so well thought up and at many points during the movie i found myself laughing. this is a lifestyle i lived for many years and seeing it portrayed in such a different light than just the ugliness of it made me happy!
