  • I have just tried thiss dvd like twice and the both times I´ve done it i have been sweating as much as the guys in this video I think its the best and Im not in a 95 degree room like a guy in the comments said try it out you do feel the work out <=D

  • @BonesDGAF021 did you not try this dvd? i dont sweat that much but during the middle of this dvd, i was really sweating. it's a heavy workout and i doubt it was hot in the room.

  • @ChrisSpendALot the socks are special one's they are a bit tight on the legs to help the blood circulate proper and faster on the legs.... if you spend too much time on your legs... the blood doesn't circulate proper in hole body.. including legs... and the socks help the blood circulate proper through the legs too.
