I did and they would not do anything. The guy said when i place my next order you will give me free shipping but he wouldn't price match because it wasn't done when i made the order.The way I see it, I got ripped for over $140.00. I saw FREE shipping advertised on your video, and it was on the last catalog you sent with the last order. I was Happy with everything until this. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks

I have placed 5 orders in the last 6 weeks all over $300. I paid shipping on every order and they wouldn't price match. meanwhile you advertise free shipping on orders over $100 and price matching. Any Help?

Please call in and we will take care of you. We do have a price match guarantee and every employee knows about it. As for the shipping change we moved to a low flat rate shipping fee and as a result we need to finish updating our videos to reflect that, that is the only place I can think of that still has the old free shipping policy.
