On behalf of the Bakersfield CA residents whose koi were lost, Angela and her husband, and the guy who desperately tried in vein to contact Morales to order these parts weeks before the tragety happened when the valve handel broke COMPLETELY off, we ALL must speak up and PUT A STOP to this "we reserve the right to refuse service" bullshit before it results in a real desaster where someone looses a $50,000 collection of koi. I want EVERYONE to know that Nancy Morales' refusal of service to a man in Bakersfield,CA needing parts for an EMERGENCY pond filter repair on his client's pond has CAUSED the deaths of several of his client's koi. Morales also has "poked fun" at this man for several reasons, including his "unique" speech-accent. In the koi buisiness there is way too much at stake..this "we reserve the right to refuse service" bullshit is UNACCEPTABLE and will NOT be tollerated any longer.
