This is very informative.. I only wish I had this when I was pregnant, I did whatever I could thought to get and stay healthy from some light exercise to healthy eating..and of course all of the the prenatal vitamins along with Omega 3 (Mostly Neurovi Brand from Neurovi, com because it is vital! and is free from mercury). I encourage every mom to be to take an Omega 3 supplement for the baby's development as well as for the mother.
