Mario - Slime Busters

A rare gem from the Super Mario Bros. Super Show, and my personal favorite live action segment ever, featuring Ernie Hudson helping the Mario Bros. deal with a slime ghost that possesses Luigi.

This segment is *NOT* on any season/complete series DVD set, it originally aired along with the first Legend of Zelda episode, "The Ringer". Unfortunately, the "The Legend of Zelda - The Complete Animated Series" DVD set doesn't include all of the live action segments that accompanied the Zelda episodes, only a select few, and this one is not among them.

If you really want to purchase "Slime Busters", you'll have to track down the "Mario Mania" DVD, which consists of the first week of the Super Mario Bros. Super Show; Zelda, live action, and all.

I do remember seeing this on a VHS tape of the legend of Zelda animated series along with another live action segment (they got a shipment from transylvania)

People... two things I loved in the world around the time this aired (next to my family) were mario brothers, and ghostbusters. And this short psyched me out so much... Oh... those were good times.
