No offense to anyone, but this issue totally depends on your personal way of thinking. It'll make totally different sense if you have an optimistic view. The money can't be blamed here, but the intentions of person. For example, guns don't kill people, people kill people. The same "note" is being used in holy places like Guruduara sahebs, and other religious places. The same money is important to save someone's life, pay for Mr. Guri's song, and to provide us luxuries like using You Tube.

@kanthseeker You're an idiot. Gandhi had nothing to do with the matyrdom of Bhagat Singh Sukhdev and Rajguru. I dont agree with his methods but Gandhijee was a great man who paid for what he belived in with his life. I think its a shame that many Punjabi people can only see people who are firstly Punjabi and secondly those who used violence to acheive things as good men. I adore the sacrifice all of the matyrs like Bhagat Singh made for INDIA not Punjab alone, and good men like Gandhiji

Bhagat Singh fought for a united India, and he was a self Confessed communist who read a great deal of Lenin's work and wanted an India for Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jew, Christian and Parsi as we're all THE SAME. People who isolate Bhagat Singh, Sukdev and Rajguru to beibg Punjabi and Marathi warriors are doing all Indians a diservive by destroying the ideals they set out to acheive. The issue that Guri brought up is that putting Bhagat Singhs picture on money will be disrespectful because people would by stepping on them. Stepping on a picture of someone is one of the most disrespectful things that can happen. This has nothing to do with where the note is going to be used.
