HELP ME!! HOW DO I OPEN WORLD 4 AND 7. i've been playing since nov 08 and still haven't figured it out. i've been finishing the whole game over and over and over.

Okay to unlock World 4 you have to beat the boss at W2-Castle as the Mini-Mario or Mini-Luigi. Then you can use the cannon at World 4 or beat the boss at W5-Castle as the Mini-Mario or Mini-Luigi. Take a look at my videos title New Super Mario Bros W2-Castle. Also New Super Mario Bros W4-Ghost House and W4-Cannon to unlock Worlds 4 and 7.

how do you get from W7-5 to the one next to it? i cant do it can someone please help me!

When I use the Mega Mushroom I smash throught those blocks between the two pipes and right before the big cannon. If you look carefully there is a green pipe right below the blocks. Go down and find the secret exit with the red flag to continue opening all of World 7.
