  • and Palastina was not a country before 1947 and has never been a country. This was used by Iraq from 1930 to 1950.

I don't now how iraq can use ur anthem, LOL iraqi are taj ras kul al arabs from khaleej to maghrib.

    If you want or not.

  • this shouldnt be labelled as an anthem for a specific country. It is more appropriate as a national anthem in times of occupation and strife. It dont matter who ever wtote it. am half iraqi half palistinian and love both countries. One day we WILL return.

  • Iraq oh one day I WILL RETURN, mark my words!

  • @Kurdmail crach a history book. Palestine was documented in the Ottoman Empire and even during Bibilical times.

  • iRAQ IRAQ iRaq iRaQ IrAq iRAq

    WE LOVE YOU FOR EVR

    SHIT OF WAR fuck USA

LOVE iraq for EVER !!! <3

  • love this <3

By the way , this is not national song of iraq ,

the poem belong to a palestinian man he has written this for Arabic union

anyway no matter from which Arabic country this poem come from , we r all Arab and we r all brothers

    LONG LIVE ARABIC NATION

  • @Kurdmail

I don't know why you are being so sensitive about this. First, this poem is written by Ibrahim Toukan, a Palestinian poet from Nablus, not an Iraqi. Second, Palestine has always been there my friend, not necessarily as a political entity. Third, was Iraq a country before 1922? No it was not. Like Palestine, it was part of the Ottoman Empire. So there's no need for unnecessary sensitivity and pride!! Fourth, long live Palestine, Iraq, and all Arab countries. Best regards.

  • this just made me cry i love you IRAQ..,♥

  • very bad version of the anthem.. he better stick to "mali sho3'ol" ashraflo..

  • @Kurdmail How can you say !! "This was used by Iraq from 1930 to 1950" Mawtini is a popular poem written by famous PALESTINIAN ( Not Irakian) poet Ibrahim Touqan (Arabic: إبراهيم طوقان‎) in 1934 ( not 1930 ) in Palestine and became the de facto national anthem of Palestine .

Shame on youuu !! poor Palestine :s Israel steal the land and irak steal the anthem

    :s :s :s

  • So beautiful melody and voice... brings so many emotions even if i dont understand the words
