@sainiram Back squats because more load can be moved. But front squats usually take the hamstrings out of the movement. If you're looking for quad development, either will work, but front squat may be better to focus on. For sports, either or.

@anfeyd More overall let stimulation. Quads, hams, glutes seem to be activated a bit more with a front squat (at least it feels that way to me), but of course its a function of how low you go and your form/stance. So I guess my question should have been which do you prefer for more overall leg stimulation (hopefully that helps) :) Thanks.

@sainiram "Prefer" is a bad word to use. I need context, so you would have to tell me what the squat is being used for.
