  • Is that a Main Street Deli tshirt? You took down an I-Beam?

  • @Oozeel Hah, I don't know who you are, but yes. I did the roast beef / corned beef one. I was apparently the "first" to do it with that one.

  • @anfeyd Sorry its Chuck (don't want to post last name) from Facebook, You just recently added me. =) My Youtube name doesn't match the Facebook one.

  • @Oozeel Ah. Yea, I took it down. I'm a big eater.

  • @anfeyd Much appreciated!

  • @sainiram Back squats because more load can be moved. But front squats usually take the hamstrings out of the movement. If you're looking for quad development, either will work, but front squat may be better to focus on. For sports, either or.

  • @anfeyd More overall let stimulation. Quads, hams, glutes seem to be activated a bit more with a front squat (at least it feels that way to me), but of course its a function of how low you go and your form/stance. So I guess my question should have been which do you prefer for more overall leg stimulation (hopefully that helps) :) Thanks.

  • @sainiram "Prefer" is a bad word to use. I need context, so you would have to tell me what the squat is being used for.

  • @clarence0 Hah! And thanks for responding Clarence. I'm going to look it over and get back to you! Mucho appreciated.

  • haha 20 reps I would never...
