Recorded this video seconds after the UPS man dropped off my new EOTech XPS2-0 optic! I figured I would do a quick video showing me opening the bag/box (I cut out the box part just because it was me opening a box - big whoop! LoL) I slid out the bag and that's all you are missing....

got this info from the EOTech Website

Shortest model sight yet! This sight is smaller than the former N-cell battery sight (511/551) and runs on a single 123 battery. It also has a longer battery life than the N-cell style sights. Smaller, lighter and always fast with three reticle options. With the new single battery configuration, the XPS allows more rail space than ever, leaving more room for rear iron sights or NV mount. * Single transverse 123 battery to reduce sight length * Shortened base only requires at most 2 3/4 inch of rail space compared to the 4 inch N battery sights * Battery cap and latch are eliminated and replaced with a simple O-ring, tethered cap; better sealing is achieved * Battery compartment is now separated from the base to allow it to hover over the delta ring of the rifle * Average battery life at brightness level 12 is roughly 500-600 hours, 3X battery life of N cell sights * Three reticle options: 0- 65MOA circle with 1 MOA aiming dot, 1-single 1MOA aiming dot, 2-65MOA circle with two 1MOA aiming dots * Available in Night Vision (XPS3) and non- Night Vision (XPS2) versions. The numbers reflect the number of the buttons on the back of the sight.

  • very very nice....this is the one i want or the 512. its goin on aDD with a 10" rail and troy BUIS. So, my decision between the XPS vs. 512 is purely based on which one looks better on top of the gun and im havin a hard time deciding. I like the looks of the XPS better but im wondering if it would look right with that much extra rail i will have. IDK

  • @dirtyboy3364 It's all in what you like my friend..... I will do a video on both side by side one of these days.

  • WOW UPS did something right. They left my new Aimpoint H-1 sitting on my front porch and it got stolen. Fuck UPS.

  • @ARBuilder1776 Oh wow, that would suck!! UPS left it at my doorstep but I heard them ring the bell so I wet out and picked it up(I was home). I didn't leave it there long enough to get stolen. Hope they made it right for you!

  • excellent stuff . i just ordered my 511 for my walther g2

  • @francokrav

The only thing is, it wont stop there you will want to get the magnifier

  • @jokermann77 ok thanks man

  • @southpawdude UPS is only gonna cover $108 of the total cost but the shipper is pissed off at UPS too and isn't backing down which helps me a lot. When I placed my order I put in the instructions for UPS to be sure to hand the package to someone at my home and to not leave it on the steps. The shipper says they put that on the box and knowing the UPS guy and how dumb he is I believe them.

  • @ARBuilder1776 yea, that is def a problem with ups, u can specifically leave them instructions to wait for a signature thought, something to keep in mind, is ups replacing it?

  • @jokermann77 Still fighting with them over it and its been more than a month. They did this with a new $1500 LCD tv too. I didnt know it was there cause the UPS guy never knocks or rings the bell. I think if they give me my money back I'm gonna get this XPS. Does yours have the reticle for 500 yards?
