    Don't get me wrong, that is VERY nice, but I'd nominate you for the Rube Goldberg award. A simple jug with a spigot (sorta like those orange round ones) or even a jug with a hose (lower to let water flow and raise to stop water flow) would work. If you wanted to catch the runoff, use a bucket.
