Fact is... politicians? All rich brats. Usually ones that couldn't cut it in the families business, and where booted into politics instead, where business proceeds to tell their idiot scions what to do.

Get politicians from the middle class in the majority, and there might be a change. That alone won't quite do it. You need to abolish (and heavily penaiize) lobbying as well. But it's a good start.

There is a win situation, but it'd require collective consciousness raising. The internet could work for that, but given that on the internet there's mostly only a gaggle of morons who'd follow Ron Paul into hell for some reason fathomable only to their tiny ignorant little libertarian minds I don't rate any chances.

But the win would be to boot all these rich brats out of power and elect educated middle class people in their stead, with interests in the middle class.
