Thanks for your so touching words. Silvano died in 1992 at 60 years old.Alpina and Cooking were is LIFE with all of you..his Dear Students!Perhaps you remember My mother Graziana employeed in Alpina , died 2002.I perfectly remember Mr Corlette and Mrs Lowe!REALLY Thanks to you and Steve. I'm so pleased you found this on YouTube (thanks to Steve McCrea!). Your dad Silvano was a legend and I personally enjoyed his cooking in Alpina from 1965 to 1969. Best to you and the family. Erik
