These are a couple targets for attack in a clinch or close quarter situation. This drill is an extremely valuable tool to to get proactive, avoid hesitation and gain a quick advantage.

  • I am stealing this exercise and many others for my class ;-)

  • Thank you for the compliment Laurent. Teach them well.

I take about 5 minutes once or twice a week with this exercise. It becomes automatic very quickly. Adding knees make this response a walk in the park.

  • This is an exercise to develop without hesitation, an immediate response to available and tender targets. We are training in the drill using only hands or head as the initial weapons to targets. We also add to this drill legs to build upon our explosive and immediate attack to quickly gain the advantage to finish or get away.

  • i just reviewed it- still good- i call the attack to the eyes -Interception-its the first response and then continue to respond aggressively (called Retzuv in Hebrew)

  • as stated-speed is what works-whitewolf

  • Hello, I studied under Grand master Lou Ferrer, I' am looking for a place now in Fl. But no one offers his style oe even comes cose to it, however this system is really on my level. Where are you located?

  • Mr. Seid, I have commented before on yout other videos, but it didn't show up. I was wondering if you are considering setting up some branches in Canada? More specifically, Ontario?

  • From your clips, Frontline Krav Maga seems extremely practical and looks like it has evolved past more traditional flavors of Krav.

Great work and thank you for posting.

  • simple and effective
