Regain?

This video is for my dear friends who are struggling, who feel uncomfortable with accountability, who seem to feel they don't have the support they need... It's ok. Nobody is perfect... failure is giving up, not the falling down... keep working towards your own personal goals and if you really want it, success is yours for the taking. Its all about attitude...and attitude is a decision. Decide what you want...and if you REALLY want it, you will get it. That simple.

Thats ok if you haven't ever been in love, even better... you can fall in love with yourself and treat yourself right... that way when someone comes into your life, you will know if they mean those words or are just saying them... you'll have something to compare it to. I love the intro to this, I am going through the same issues. I love my friends that are "Perfect Athletes" Or stick with it well but I sometimes fell intimidated by them. You are real and I like that. This is the realities of what most of us struggle with. We are not perfect, If we were perfect we would have never have needed surgery. The good thing is you know when you get off track and get back on. You have come so far,. You are beautiful. I love this video. I have learned to love myself.
