Every have a nasty cold, headache, stuffed nose. Well here is a few remedies that may help you. Even though we made this helpful video, we recommend you see your doctor to make sure you are taking care of yourself properly.

step 1: smoke a a bowl of weed in a vaporizer (to increase your breathing rate)

step 2: drink vodka mixed with alot of lemon and zingiber ( i think it's called ) just crush it and mix it all together.

step 3: take a plastic bag filled with hot water and make a knot, then place it on your throat while laying down and drinking the vodka mix.

done. repeat steps 1-3, until your healthy agian.

i just boil some water, pour it in a mug and put in about 4 drops of olbas oil. then keep smelling it as the steam is coming out of the mug. i done this like 5 times in one day and i could actually breathe the next day, then it was gone.

Crap! Echenisia (however you spell it) is more harmful than useful. You missed the primary point that a cold is caused mainly by lack of vitamin D + no way is it necessary to take that much vitamin C which is next to useless. 1 star for that.
